Chicken Pot Pie

Since its a one dish meal, there isn’t a whole lot of clean up. All the vegetables you want in a gravy with chicken chunks with a pie crust. Yumm!

This recipe we just kind of threw together, but if you need a recipe, I found Betty Crocker’s Chicken Pot Pie recip here.

  1. 1. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onion then add flour, salt. Stir in broth and milk and heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 min. and stir in your vegetable. Then remove from heat. 2. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line the bottom of your pan with one crust and up the sides too. Pour in your vegetable mixture and chicken if you have it. 3. Roll the other crust onto the top and crimp the edges. Poke holes with a fork into the crust. 4. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
